Graeme Campbell
While at university, Graeme Campbell spent most of his time working on creating businesses. He knew he was an entrepreneur at heart. But he followed the traditional path. Finally, he left uni to start a real estate videography agency.
Graeme Campbell's entrepreneurial journey started early, with ventures like drop-shipping NBA jerseys and flipping basketball cards while still at school. After starting university, he quickly realised traditional education wasn't his path and left to pursue videography, specifically in real estate.
Within six months, he built Agent Terry, his real estate media business, from offering free videos to build a portfolio to securing consistent clients. He's now expanded into a second venture called Impact Shorts with business partner Sam, recently securing their first client.
Campbell's approach to goal-setting is ambitious - setting targets that seem daunting but breaking them down into achievable metrics. In early 2023, he set a goal of a $20,000 month while working as a minimum wage lifeguard. By November, he nearly hit this target, and now can achieve this in a day.
He's invested heavily in professional development, including a $5,000 six-week mentorship programme and a $7,500 property videography course. His focus is on scaling his business while maintaining quality, with clear goals for 2024.
Beyond business, Campbell is passionate about health and fitness, training regularly and focusing on nutrition. He balances his 16-hour days between client work, business development, and personal growth, demonstrating a mature approach to time management and professional development at a young age.
